Position Overview:
As a Technical Recruitment Consultant at Global Hire IT, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to bridge the gap between highly skilled technical professionals and industry-leading organizations. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging top technical talent, providing expert guidance to both candidates and clients, and facilitating seamless placements.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source and identify technical candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach. Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline.
  2. Candidate Assessment: Screen and evaluate candidates through interviews, technical assessments, and reference checks to ensure their skills and experience align with client requirements.
  3. Client Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with clients by understanding their business needs, culture, and technical requirements. Collaborate with clients to define job specifications and provide insights on market trends.
  4. Job Matching: Skillfully match candidates to job opportunities, ensuring a strong fit for both the candidate and the client. Provide guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
  5. Candidate Preparation: Prepare candidates for interviews by sharing detailed information about the client, the role, and interview tips. Assist candidates in optimizing their resume and improving their interview skills.
  6. Offer Negotiation: Facilitate offer negotiations between candidates and clients, ensuring that both parties reach mutually beneficial agreements.
  7. Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for placed candidates into their new roles.
  8. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors. Share insights with the team and clients to inform strategic decisions.
  9. Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed performance metrics and targets related to candidate placements and client satisfaction.
  • Bachelor's degree in HRM or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in technical recruitment, with a strong understanding of technical roles and requirements.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
